One School, One Book-year three!
Our elementary students will be reading one book starting this Monday, May 8th. For three weeks, our K-5 students will complete fun and challenging activities all related to one book. What are we reading this year? Our Reading Rider (the horse) has given us another clue. Here it is:

All WR female athletes current grades 6-11. Fisher-Titus will be on-site to provide a free Jump assessment for injury prevention to our female athletes on Thursday 5/11 during our enrichment period.
Please look through the Flyer if interested. Your Student athlete will be given the opportunity to bring home a Questionaire/Consent form that MUST be signed by a parent or guardian.
We will be passing the questionaire out during Middle School and High School Lunches.
***All forms must be turned in to our athletic trainer, the HS office, or to Mr. Falknor by Tuesday 5/9***
5/2 Games have cancelled for tonight.
Varsity Baseball is rescheduled for 5/5.

The Western Reserve High School Student Council will be sponsoring a blood drive at the high school on Wednesday, May 10 from 8:30 - 1:30. Please consider giving blood during this blood emergency. WR's classified staff attended team building sessions at Common Ground last Friday on our district's professional development day. They learned a lot and had so much fun!

What a night! Our elementary Art Show was a success. Our incredibly talented students had so many fun and creative works of art to share with our community. The Scholastic book fair was a hit as well. Congratulations to Makenna Cobern, Best of Show!

The Western Reserve High School Student Council welcomed Mr. Russell Meade to speak to the student body this afternoon. He spoke of life's hills and valleys that the students will go through by speaking of his own experiences as a Marine, a father and a coach.
