A strategic plan serves as a foundation for district decisions. It functions as a guide as we set goals, improve strategies, allocate resources, and effectively respond to the needs of our students and community.
After months of planning, evaluating, and dialogue, we are proud to share our new strategic plan with you. Moving forward, we seek to align district decisions with the strategic plan.
As members of the Western Reserve Community, we recognize the value of your unique insight and experiences in creating the strategic plan. We want to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who participated in the surveys disseminated last year. Your voices matter, and we have carefully analyzed the results to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
