We are delighted to welcome you to Western Reserve Local Schools, and we’re confident that your experience here will be worthwhile! On this page, you’ll find forms and other information to help you get started on the registration process. Parents of current students will also find all the start-of-year health and medical forms they’ll need to hit the ground running.

Kindergarten Enrollment

Parents with children who will be five years old by August 1, 2023, are eligible to register their child for kindergarten, beginning on March 1, 2023. If you live outside the district, please also fill out the open enrollment form located on this page.

Online registration for kindergarten students is available through Final Forms beginning on March 1, 2023.

Information required for registration includes your child’s birth certificate, two proofs of residency, parent/guardian photo ID, shot records, and custody papers (if they apply). If you have any questions about the registration process, please email Autumn Thomas. Once registration is complete, parents will be contacted to schedule a screening appointment which will take place on August 8 and 9, 2023.

New Student Enrollment

Online registration is available through Final Forms for students who would like to attend Western Reserve Local School District during the school year.

The following documents can be uploaded directly into your online final forms account or emailed to our registrar.

  • Child’s birth certificate

  • Immunization records

  • Parent/Guardian photo ID

  • Two proofs of residency

  • Special education documents, if applicable

  • Court papers including custody papers, if applicable

Open Enrollment

Current open-enrolled students and new open-enrolled students must fill out the open enrollment forms on Final Forms each year.
