Principal's Message
Dear Western Reserve Families, Students, and Community
I’m incredibly excited and genuinely humbled to step into the principal role at Western Reserve High School. It’s a privilege to join a school built on tradition, pride, and a true feeling of togetherness. Meeting some of our community has already made it clear to me that there is something special about this place.
As I begin my service to our community, I want you to be aware of a few important things. I come into this role ready to listen, learn, and work alongside you. My door is always open, and I mean that. Strong schools are built on strong relationships, and I’m committed to building those relationships with students, families, staff, and our community.
My focus will always remain on our students, helping them grow academically, socially, and personally. I want them to feel seen, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. They are why we get into this career field.
I’m looking forward to an incredible year ahead. Let’s keep building on what makes Western Reserve so special and continue to make this a place where every student can thrive.
Proud to be a Rider,
Andrew J Gibson
Principal
