RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Minutes of Western Reserve Board of Education Special Meeting
Held November 9, 2007.
The Western Reserve Board of Education met in special session at 7:00
a.m. on November 9,
2007, in the Board Office. Mrs. Pickett called the meeting to order .
The following members
responded to roll call: Mrs. Pickett, Mr. Boose, Mr. Todd,
Superintendent Doug Solet, and
Treasurer Brett Robson.
Mr. Boose moved, seconded by Mr. Todd, the Board approve the agenda,
with the addition of
item 2c, regarding the supplemental position of high school academic
advisor.
Mr. Boose-yes, Mr. Todd-yes, Mrs. Pickett-yes.
Motion Passed.
Mr. Boose moved, seconded by Mr. Todd, the Board approve the sanctioning
of an indoor track
program for the 2007-2008 school year at no cost to the district.
Mr. Boose-yes, Mr. Todd-yes, Mrs. Pickett-yes.
Motion Passed.
Mr. Todd moved, seconded by Mr. Boose, the Board approve Chris Hipp
Landscaping to
perform snow plowing services for the 2007-2008 school year, on an as
needed basis, at a rate of
$450 per push.

Motion Passed.
Mr. Todd moved, seconded by Mr. Boose, the Board approve the following
volunteers for the
2007-2008 school year pending successful completion of all Board
requirements: Diane Moyergirls’
basketball; Samantha Williams-dance team; Barry Pickens, Amy Cull, and
Steve Adamsindoor
track.
Mr. Boose-yes, Mr. Todd-yes, Mrs. Pickett-yes.

Mr. Boose moved, seconded by Mr. Todd, the Board approve the following
non-certified
supplemental contract for the 2007-2008 school year pending successful
completion of all Board
requirements: Michelle Reer - wrestlerette advisor.

Mr. Boose moved, seconded by Mrs. Pickett, the Board approve the
following certified
supplemental contract for the 2007-2008 school year pending the
successful completion of all
Board requirements: Marilyn Knechtges – hs academic advisor.

Mr. Todd moved, seconded by Mr. Boose, the meeting adjourn.
